Cancellation policy

Cancellation right

You have the right to cancel this contract within twenty-eight days, without an obligation to state any grounds. The cancellation period is twenty-eight days from the day on which you or a third party of your choice - not your shipping agent - have/has taken posession of the merchandise.
In order to exercise your cancellation right, you have to inform us

in an express declaration (e.g. by a mailed letter, per telefax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. If you like, you may use the attached sample cancellation form but this is not mandatory.
You may also electronically fill out and transmit the sample cancellation form or a different explicit statement on our website www.saalmann-medical.de - to be found under „contact“ in the contact form. If you avail yourself of this option, we will immediately respond (e.g. by email), confirming receipt of such a cancellation.
The timely dispatch of the notice of cancellation shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

Should you chose to revoke this contract, we are obligated to reimburse you for any payment received by you, including delivery charges (excluded are additional shipping costs resulting from your choice of transport at a less favorable rate than the inexpensive standard delivery we offer). Payment is to be made immediately and at the least within fourteen days from the day we received your communication regarding the cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement we use the same method of payment you chose for the initial transaction - unless you explicitly stipulate something else. You will never be charged any fees in connection with this reimbursement. We can delay the reimbursement until we are in posession of the merchandise again or until you furnished proof that you returned the merchandise – whichever comes first.
You have to return the merchandise immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day when you cancelled this contract. You may ship the merchandise or return it in person; the deadline is met if the postmark is within the 14 day period.
The immediate expense for a return shipment of the merchandise is your responsibility.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the merchandise if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain condition, properties and functioning of the merchandise.
